WASHINGTON – Today, Congresswoman Erin Houchin (R-Ind.-09) released the following statement on the Manhattan D.A.’s politically motivated decision to indict President Trump yesterday.

“It’s clear Soros-backed prosecutors like Alvin Bragg are bad for our country. They ignore rampant violent crime in our cities and instead impose their dangerous political ideologies. The indictment of President Trump is a political stunt and a dark moment for democracy and the rule of law. Mr. Bragg should focus less on politically motivated prosecutions and more on public safety,” said Congresswoman Houchin.
